Steve Leonard for Brayton International White Dining Chairs - S/6
A rare six-piece set of off-white dining chairs designed by Steve Leonard for Brayton International in the 1970's. Sinuous shape is evocative of the futuristic designs of Olivier Mourgue or Pierre Paulin. Back has a bit of flex to it, making it a conversation starter that’s as comfortable as it is cool. Completely covered in original supple aniline leather. Slides easily on plastic runners.
Two high-back chairs measure: 28" W x 26" D x 47" H.
Four regular chairs measure: 28" W x 24" D x 32.5" H.
One of the high-back chairs has scratches to the headrest corner and a scuff to one of its legs. (see pictures). The other chairs are in good condition and show light signs of wear consistent with age.
